Returns and refunds

All items sold on this website are non-refundable. However if they should be incomplete or have some unintended fault we will happily put it right if advised as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days of placing your order.
In the case of  non-delivery of items that have been shipped to you, you should advise us within 14 days of placing your order so we can investigate/resolve the issue.
