Delivery policy

Unless otherwise requested, all products will sent by standard post within New Zealand and Air international for overseas.
Any taxes/duties levied by the country of destination are not included at the checkout and are the responsibility of the purchaser, with the exception of New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) which is added to orders at the checkout.
All products will usually be shipped within 3 working days of the order being received, we will advise any other undue delay.
Pattern orders may be sent in separate envelopes at our discretion.
All e-patterns will be available for 7 days after ordering before the download link is canceled. After this time no refund will be given. Should you have any problems downloading any e-patterns you should advise us as soon as practical after ordering and in any case within 7 days before your link is canceled so we can assist you in receiving your patterns. Each item bought can only be downloaded once.
