Alisa Brown is a rather cute little bear who sits about 23cm (9") tall
Alisa Brown, well known owner of many racehorses in her lifetime, the most famous being 'Cedric Fast Fellow' who won the Hawera Cup in 1949.
Upon retiring and moving to Venice she realised there were no available stables, however with a little help from a taxidermist Alisa was able to design her canal boat with a nod to her past, she named it 'Cedric'.
Alisa travels the waterways in 'Cedric' shopping, fishing, dining, visiting art galleries, all the while closely following the racing bulletin, placing her daily bets and singing opera.
